Semi Truck Forgets to Brake And Smashes Multiple Cars
Eight people were hospitalized Monday evening in a seven-vehicle crash, which included a semi truck, in north suburban Gurnee, state police said.
The crash occurred at about 7 p.m. on Interstate 94 near Exit 132 near Six Flags Great America theme park.
Two people involved inthe crash needed to be extricated by emergency crews.
One victim was in critical condition. Conditions of the other victims was not immediately available.
